The Warrior Diet - Intermittent Fasting

The Warrior diet was conceived by Ori Hofmekler, a former member of the Israeli Defense Force. This is one of the first fasting protocols, when nobody else was discussing intermittent fasting.

The idea came as a result of Hofmekler’s personal experience in the army. He observed that when he ate only at night, when he could rest, he had more energy, and he could focus better.
